We're thrilled to update this post with the news that Charlie Buckle completed the London Marathon in good form on Sunday.

"It was an amazing experience. My knees are little sore but otherwise I'm feeling good. I would certainly recommend it anyone to take part - even if just as a spectator".

Charlie smashed his fundraising target, raising £2,234 so far. A huge thank you to everyone who has donated. There's still time to donate to Charlie's chosen charity, Kyaninga Child Development Centre in Uganda. See the link at the bottom of the page.

Well done, Charlie. We're extremely proud of you.

Previous Post: This Sunday we’ll be cheering on one of our own as Director, Charlie Buckle, takes part in the London Marathon. 26.2 grueling miles through the heart of the city, all to raise money for a truly inspiring cause.

Charlie has chosen to support an amazing charity - the Kyaninga Child Development Centre in Uganda, which provides essential therapy and support for children with disabilities and their families. In an area where help is often hard to come by, the Centre is making a real difference to people’s lives.

As well as being a director of Heathpatch, Charlie is also the Managing Director of the Nedging Hall Estate group of hospitality companies. We’re incredibly proud of his dedication, both to the businesses he leads and to this very personal challenge.

Best of luck on Sunday, Charlie - we’re all behind you!

Nedging Hall Estate group of companies includes exclusive country house Nedging Hall, hotel and restaurant The Bildeston Crown, two local pubs The Lindsey Rose and The Brewery Tap, plus Suffolk's oldest brewery, Mauldons.
